Article 1 (The Purpose of this Agreement)
Belps.com, World Wide Web site (the Site), the services provided in connection therewith (the Services) and the software available for download from Belps.com, or the site in connection with the Services (the Software) are owned, operated and maintained, as applicable, by Belps.com, (Belps). By using or accessing the site or the Services; downloading, accessing, installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below (Terms). If you do not agree with these Terms, neither you nor your designee may access, download, install, or use (as applicable), the site, the Services or the Software.

Article 2 (Notification of the Changes to the Terms)
1. Terms of the membership display at the first sign up on the screen so that users know the announcements.
2. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to the site and your continued use of the site, Services and/or Software constitutes your agreement to such modifications.
3. Any other conditions which are not stated here comply with local commercial laws.

Article 3 (Membership Enrollment)
1. You become a Belps member immediately after filling out the membership application. However, membership levels (provisional membership, general membership, and premium membership, paid membership, and free membership) are defined under Article 9, subsections #1, 2, and 3 separately.
2. Belps holds the right to withhold the registration as follows:
①If there is no space in the capacity
②If there is a technological issue
③Other reasons that are beyond the control of Belps.com

Article 4 (Membership Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination)
Belps holds the right to restrict, suspend, and terminate membership as follows:
1. If you have created a false application
2. If you have used another person’s ID and/or password
3. If you violate general social values and morals that includes but is not limited to sexual content, illegal substances, and language that is offensive
4. If you interfere with Belps’ legitimate operation
5. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth here

Article 5 (Belps’ Obligations)
1. Belps complies with all relevant laws.
2. Belps provides continuous and reliable service.
3. Belps follows the appropriate procedures for handling feedback from a member, and notifies the member in case of any delay.

Article 6 (Indemnity)
1. Belps does not hold responsibility for providing services during natural disasters, court order, and other situations that are beyond the control of Belps.com.
2. Belps does not hold responsibility for providing services due to the misusage of the member or deliberate misusage of the service.
3. Belps does not hold responsibility if a member’s expectations are not met in terms of progress or if the member does not use all provided services.
4. Belps does not hold responsibility for quality and reliability of any posted information by members.
5. Belps does not hold responsibility for services provided by affiliated sites.

Article 7 (Member’s Obligations)
1. No member may commit any misconduct as stated below:
① Use another member’s Username (ID) and/or password.
② Reproduce, distribute, and exploit commercial activities using any information obtained through Belps, the Services, or the Software without prior consent or a permit from Belps.
③ Infringe on or plagiarize intellectual property rights of third parties or members.
④ Publish any libelous statements or internal insults to anyone.
⑤ Instigate illegal acts or distribute illegal and sexual content which include other acts that violate the social order.
⑥ Advertise and publish any information without Belps’ consent.
⑦ Conduct any computer hacking, virus infection, or any other illegal activities.
2. Member holds responsibility to keep Member ID and password secure and safe and is also responsible for the results that are caused by mishandling this information.
3. Prevention of the duplication of Member ID is programmed. If it is exposed to others, change it immediately under My Account which also notifies Belps.
4. Members agree to receive e-mails from Belps.
5. Members agree to comply with the Terms, regulations, and notices made by Belps.

Article 8 (Posts from Members)
Belps holds the right to delete members’ posts without notice as follows:
1. If the post slanders other members or third parties.
2. If the number of posts and/or the transmission of the posts hinders the stable operation of the Services.
3. If the post includes any false information and advertisement.
4. If the post violates public order and moral values that includes but is not limited to sexual content, illegal substances, and language that is offensive
5. If the post violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
6. If the post violates the Terms and laws.

Article 9 (Services and Memberships)
1. Provisional membership based on Article 3, subsection #1 will qualify for the basic Belps Services.
2. Membership varies from provisional → general membership → premium membership. There are also paid and free memberships.
3. Provisional members receive basic Services, whereas premium members can access to all the Belps services.
4. Belps provides Services and Software 24 hour a day, 365 days a year unless there are technological and operational issues.
5. Some Services or Software for a specific member or available time can be specified separately. In this case, members will be notified.

Article 10 (Termination of Services)
1. Belps can stop providing Services as follows:
① For inspection and maintenance of equipment, the malfunction of equipment, or the replacement of equipment.
② Inevitable situations which are stated under Article 6, subsection #1.
2. Members will be notified as stated under Article 7, subsection #4, except for inevitable situations as stated under Article 6 #1.
3. Members will be notified in the same manner under Article 7, subsection #4 as soon as the termination of Services has been resolved under Article 6, subsection #1.

Article 11 (Privacy Policy)
1. Belps collects personal information legally and fairly by means of an agreement and business operation.
2. Belps collects an applicant’s name, ID, password, e-mail address, residential address including ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth and other personal information to provide necessary Services and Software.
3. Belps can collect additional information to provide better service. In this case, Belps must obtain the consent of the members.
4. Members or legal representatives can view their personal information and the information can be updated under My Account.
5. Belps does not share personal information with any third party, with the following exceptions:
① as required by regulations and laws
② as necessary for the Terms
③ for statistics, market research or academic research without disclosing personal information
6. Any member or legal representative can revoke consent of the acquisition and any usage of personal information, and providing it to the third parties.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1. Belps holds the intellectual property rights of the Services and the Software.
2. It is illegal to duplicate, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast any information obtained from Belps without prior consent to the third parties, or make any profits from doing so.
3. Any information which is posted by members belongs to its original poster. Belps does not make profits from such information without prior consent from the original poster.

Article 13 (Duration and Capacity Limit of Post)
Belps holds the right to determine the duration of the post and capacity of the post by members, and members will be notified under bulletin boards.

Article 14: (Governing Law and the Jurisdiction of the Court)
1. Any disputes that arise between Belps and members will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Korea.
2. The Civil Procedure on lawsuits raised between Belps and members will commence in a court of South Korean jurisdiction.

Article 15: (Date of Enforcement)
The Terms are to be enforced starting April 6, 2006.
